Hello there! It's been a while. It's hard to believe, but I've been here in Santa Monica for a month now. Time has passed by really fast, and my school's about to start in a week.
Now that it's Sunday and I've been feeling little lazy all day, I finally decided to post some pictures from this past month.
I've been having a great time. The sun is always shining (sometimes a bit too much -says my migraine..), people are nice and friendly, food has been great and the shopping possibilities are endless. So far my favorite shops has been Brandy Melville where I bought two amazing band t-shirts, and also Urban Outfitters which has been my favorite for years. We seriously need one in Finland.
College is not the only thing I'm waiting right now. I'm almost hyperventilating while I'm writing this and listening to a certain album from a certain band. That band happens to be my favorite band, The Killers, and I'm going to see them in September 30th in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada! Couldn't be more excited! I've been wanting to go to Las Vegas for long time and I've liked The Killers for 12 years. Also, this concert is celebration for their sophomore album, Sam's Town's 10th anniversary, in Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, which makes it even more special. I've been listening to that album for ten years and it is my absolute favorite. Can you feel my excitement?
I'm not sure when will I be blogging again, I have some ideas though. But while it's quiet on the blog, you can follow me on Instagram (thefashionsundae) and Snapchat (nooravesalainen), I'm quite active there!

Heipä hei, pitkästä aikaan! Tänään tuleekin täyteen jo tasan kuukausi kun olen ollut täällä Santa Monicassa. Tuntuu aika hassulta, aika menee niin nopeasti. Blogiakin on pitänyt päivittää jo vaikka kuinka monta kertaa, mutta se on aina jäänyt. Nyt kuitenkin otin itseäni niskasta kiinni ja päätin tehdä tällaisen kuvapäiväkirja -tyyppisen postauksen.
Oon viihtynyt täällä tosi hyvin. Aurinkoa riittää (migreenin puolesta välillä vähän liikaakin), ruoka on ollut hyvää, ihmiset ovat ystävällisiä, shopattavaa riittää ja Santa Monica Pier on lyhyen bussimatkan päässä -vaikka on sinne käveltyäkin tultu. Ja kävelty todellakin on, ei ole helppo asua täällä ilman autoa. Mutta kävelyhän on vaan hyväksi, eiks niin?
Vaatekaupoista lempparini tähän asti on ollut Brandy Melville, josta ostin kaksi kivaa bändipaitaa, sekä Urban Outfitters, joka ei ikinä petä. Kunpa Suomessakin vielä joku päivä nähtäisiin UO.
Koulu alkaa viikon kuluttua, mutta se ei ole ainoa mitä odotan. Syyskuun 30. päivä matkaan aavikoiden halki kohti Las Vegasia! Olen nimittäin menossa lempibändini, The Killersin konserttiin! Kyseessä on bändin toisen levyn kymmenvuotis juhlakonsertti Sam's Town -hotellissa, josta kyseinen albumi on saanut nimensäkin. Tätä siis odottelen täällä aivan pähkinöinä! Kyseessä on ehdoton lempparilevyni, jota olen kuunnellut 11-vuotiaasta asti.
En osaa sanoa koska seuraavan kerran päivittelen blogia, mutta sillä aikaa minua voi seurailla Instagramissa (thefashionsundae) ja Snapchatin (nooravesalainen) puolella!
